Griddle for induction hobs

Made of cast aluminum, suitable for all heat sources, specific for induction and even for use in ovens (up to 250°C). Cast aluminum excels in conducting heat; the pan is quickly ready for use. Teflon ™ Platinum Plus” nonstick coating has high temperature resistance (up to 250°C). The adhesion of the nonstick coating is improved by a layer of titanium between the aluminum and the coating. This double-layer procedure improves the durability of the coating, suitable for heavy use, and provides greater scratch resistance. Very easy to clean after use. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
